Your mobile phone is set to connect to 4G networks only: Change network mode allowing your mobile phone to connect to both 2G, 3G and 4G networks.

1. 1. Find "Cellular"

Tap Settings.

Tap Cellular.

2. 2. Select network mode

Tap the indicator next to "Enable 4G" to turn the function on or off.

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
