I can't access the internet
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
We found 8 possible causes:
- Little or no network coverage
- No connection to a Wi-Fi network is established
- You're abroad and data roaming is turned off on your mobile phone
- You've established a connection to a Wi-Fi network, but you aren't logged on
- You've turned on manual network selection and are out of range of the selected network
- Flight mode is turned on
- Mobile data is turned off on your mobile phone
- Wi-Fi isn't turned on on your mobile phone
