Calls aren't diverted to your voicemail: Divert calls to your voicemail.

Tap Phone.
Tap Keypad.
2. 2. Choose option
Choose one of the following options:
Divert all calls, go to 2a.
Divert missed calls, go to 2b.
Divert if unavailable, go to 2c.
Divert if busy, go to 2d.
Divert all calls, go to 2a.
Divert missed calls, go to 2b.
Divert if unavailable, go to 2c.
Divert if busy, go to 2d.

Tap the call icon.
Tap the call icon.
4. 4. 2b - Divert missed calls
To select how long you want your mobile phone to ring before the call is diverted:
Key in **61*+61411000321**the required number of seconds#

Eg.:

Tap the call icon.

Tap the call icon.
Tap the call icon.
6. 6. 2d - Divert if busy
Key in**67*+61411000321#
Tap the call icon.
Tap the call icon.
7. 7. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
