How to
Entering and using health information on my mobile phone (Health)
Using Health, you can save health information and see an overview of your health. You can also save emergency information for use in emergencies and share this information with other health and fitness apps.

1. Find "Health"
Tap Health.
2. Use Health
The following steps describe how you:
Enter health information
Get an overview of your health
Enter emergency information
Turn display of emergency information on lock screen on or off

3. Enter health information
Tap Health Data.
Tap All or the required category.
Tap the required type of information.
Tap Add Data Point and key in the required information.
To change date or time:
Tap Date or Time.
Tap Date or Time.
Follow the instructions on the display to select the required date or time.
Tap Add.

To turn display of the information in the overview on or off:
Tap the indicator next to "Show on Dashboard" to turn the function on or off.

4. Get an overview of your health
Tap Dashboard.
To see information on the overview, you need to turn on display of the information in step 3.
Tap the required period.
Your health information for the selected period is displayed.

5. Enter emergency information
Tap Medical ID.
Tap Create Medical ID.
Tap Name and key in your name.
Tap add photo and follow the instructions on the display to add a picture.
Tap the required information and follow the instructions on the display to add the information.
6. Turn display of emergency information on lock screen on or off
Tap the indicator next to "Show When Locked" to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on Show When Locked, the emergency information is displayed on the lock screen: tap Emergency. Tap Medical ID. Remember, you need to turn on use of phone lock code.
Tap Done.

7. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
