How to
Diverting calls to my voicemail
You can divert incoming calls to your voicemail. You can choose which types of calls you want to divert, such as all calls, missed calls or when the mobile phone is busy.
List view
1. Find "Keypad"
Tap Phone.
Tap Keypad.
2. Choose option
Choose one of the following options:
Divert all calls, go to 2a.
Divert missed calls, go to 2b.
Divert if unavailable, go to 2c.
Divert if busy, go to 2d.
Divert all calls, go to 2a.
Divert missed calls, go to 2b.
Divert if unavailable, go to 2c.
Divert if busy, go to 2d.
3. 2a - Divert all calls
Key in **21*+61411000321#
Tap the call icon.
Tap the call icon.
4. 2b - Divert missed calls
To select how long you want your mobile phone to ring before the call is diverted:
Key in **61*+61411000321**the required number of seconds#
Key in **61*+61411000321**the required number of seconds#
Eg.:
**61*+61411000321**5#
Tap the call icon.
**61*+61411000321**5#
Tap the call icon.
5. 2c - Divert if unavailable
Key in**62*+61411000321#
Tap the call icon.
Tap the call icon.
6. 2d - Divert if busy
Key in**67*+61411000321#
Tap the call icon.
Tap the call icon.
7. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
Choose one of the following options:
Divert all calls, go to 2a.
Divert missed calls, go to 2b.
Divert if unavailable, go to 2c.
Divert if busy, go to 2d.
