I can't connect to another device using AirDrop
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
AirDrop isn't used correctly on your mobile phone: See how to use AirDrop.

1. Find "Photos"
Tap Photos.

2. Select picture or video clip
Go to the required folder and tap the required picture or video clip.

3. Share picture or video clip using AirDrop
Make sure the other device is turned on and is ready to connect via AirDrop. Tap the share icon.

Tap the AirDrop icon to turn on the function.

Tap the required device.

4. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
