You have a new iPhone: Uninstall the app and try to install it again. Start the app and follow the instructions to key in your personal information.

Tap App Store.

2. 2. Find app

Tap Search.

Key in the name of the required app and tap Search.

Tap the required app.

To install a free app:
Tap FREE.

Tap INSTALL.

To buy an app:
Tap the price.

Tap BUY.
If you're asked to log on to App Store, do this.
Follow the instructions on the display to install the app.
The installed app is now available from the main menu.

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
