I can't install an app
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 4:
You haven't activated an Apple ID on your mobile phone: Activate an Apple ID on your mobile phone.

1. 1. Find "iTunes & App Store"
Tap Settings.
Tap iTunes & App Store.
2. 2. Activate Apple ID
Tap Apple ID and key in the username for your Apple ID.
Tap Password and key in the password for your Apple ID.
Tap Sign In.
3. 3. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
