I can't access the internet
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
You've turned on manual network selection and are out of range of the selected network: Turn on automatic network selection so that your mobile phone connects to a network automatically.

1. 1. Find "Carrier"
Tap Settings.
Tap Carrier.
2. 2. Choose option
Choose one of the following options:
Select network manually, go to 2a.
Select network automatically, go to 2b.
Select network manually, go to 2a.
Select network automatically, go to 2b.

If automatic network selection is turned on:
Tap the indicator next to "Automatic" until the function is turned off.
Tap the indicator next to "Automatic" until the function is turned off.
Your mobile phone will search for networks within range.
Tap the required network.
Your display will tell you if you've access to the network you've chosen.

4. 4. 2b - Select network automatically
Tap the indicator next to "Automatic" until the function is turned on.
5. 5. Return to the home screen
Tap Settings to save the setting.
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
