Tap Settings.

Tap Mobile.

Tap Mobile Data Network.

Tap "APN" below "MMS".
Key in mms

Tap MMSC and key in http://mmsc.optus.com.au:8002/

Tap MMS Proxy and key in 61.88.190.10:8070

Tap Mobile.

Tap Settings.

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
