Backing up the phone memory on my mobile phone
If you want to update the software on your mobile phone, it's recommended you back up the phone memory.

2. 1a - Back up the phone memory using iTunes
Go to www.itunes.com on your computer.
Find the download section on the website to download iTunes.

Connect the data cable to the socket at the bottom of your mobile phone and to the computer's USB port.

To start backup manually:
Select Back up to iCloud or Back up to this computer.

Right-click your mobile phone in the menu to the left.
Select Back Up.

Tap Settings.
