Video calls are not supported by the mobile network

Solution:

Change network mode or try making a video call using a Wi-Fi network.

Find "Voice & Data"

Tap Settings.

Tap Mobile Data.

Tap Voice & Data.

Select network mode

Tap the required network mode.

There may be different network modes available depending on where you are. Depending on the network mode selected, your mobile phone will always find the network with the highest data speed and best signal.

Tap Mobile Data.

Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
