We found 6 possible causes:

  1. There are no available Hotspots or Wi-Fi access points
  2. You're connected to a Wi-Fi network, but you're not logged on
  3. No connection to a Wi-Fi network is established
  4. A connection is refused by Hotspot or Wi-Fi access point
  5. Wi-Fi isn't turned on on your mobile phone
  6. The Wi-Fi access point is using a hidden SSID
