Call divert is turned on: Turn off call divert.Detailed instructions.

1. 1. Choose option

Choose one of the following options:
Cancel all diverts, go to 1a.
Cancel divert to voicemail, go to 1b.

2. 2. 1a - Cancel all diverts

Tap Settings.

Tap Phone.

Tap Call Forwarding.

Tap the indicator next to Call Forwarding to turn off the function.
A request to cancel all diverts is sent to the network.

Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.

3. 3. 1b - Cancel divert to voicemail

Tap Phone.

Tap Keypad.

Key in ##002# and tap Call.
A request to cancel divert to voicemail is sent to the network.

Tap Dismiss.
