Reset network settings

If you have problems using network configurations on your mobile phone, such as mobile data, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, resetting the network settings may help.


List view

Find "Reset Network Settings"

Tap Settings.
Tap General.
Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone.
Tap Reset.
Tap Reset Network Settings.

Please note, all saved APN, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections and passwords, you've created, are deleted.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
