I can't send and receive email
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.
Set up your mobile phone for Exchange email.

1. Tap Settings.

2. Tap Mail.

3. Tap Accounts.

4. Tap Add Account.

5. Tap Microsoft Exchange.

6. Tap Email and key in your email address.

7. Tap Description and key in the required name.

8. Tap Next.

9. Tap Sign In.

10. Tap Password and key in the password for your email account.

11. Tap Sign in.

12. Tap the indicators next to the required data types to turn synchronisation of each data type on or off.

13. Tap Save. Your email account has now been set up. To select more settings for eg. SSL encryption and retrieval of new email, proceed with the following steps.

14. Tap the name of the Exchange email account you've just set up.

15. Tap Account.

16. Tap Advanced Settings.

17. Tap the indicator next to "Use SSL" to turn the function on or off.

18. Tap arrow left.

19. Tap Done.

20. Tap arrow left.

21. Tap Fetch New Data.

22. Tap the indicator next to "Push" to turn the function on or off.

23. If you turn off the function, tap the required setting.

24. Tap the required email account and follow the instructions on the screen to select settings for the specific account.

25. Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
Possible cause 5:
Your mobile phone hasn't been correctly set up for Exchange email
Solution:
Set up your mobile phone for Exchange email.
