Turn off automatic use of mobile data.

3. Tap the indicator next to "Wi-Fi Assist" to turn the function on or off.

4. Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 5:

Automatic mobile data usage is turned on

Solution:

Turn off automatic use of mobile data.

Find "Mobile Data"

Tap Settings.

Tap Mobile Data.

Turn automatic use of mobile data on or off

Tap the indicator next to "Wi-Fi Assist" to turn the function on or off.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
