This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

GPS position usage for applications is turned on: Turn off GPS position for specific applications.

List view

1. Find "Location Services"

Tap Settings.
Tap Privacy.
Tap Location Services.

2. Turn GPS on or off

Tap the indicator next to "Location Services" to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on the function, your mobile phone can find your position using GPS. If you turn off the function, you can't use any of the GPS functions on your mobile phone.

3. Turn use of GPS position for applications on or off

Tap the required app.
Tap the required setting to turn the function on or off.

4. Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
