I can't use Wi-Fi
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.
Connect to a Wi-Fi network.

1. Tap Settings.

2. Tap Wi-Fi.

3. Tap the indicator next to "Wi-Fi" to turn on the function.

4. Tap the required Wi-Fi network and key in the password for the Wi-Fi network.

6. Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
Possible cause 1:
No connection to a Wi-Fi network is established
Solution:
Find "Wi-Fi"
Tap Settings.
Tap Wi-Fi.
Turn on Wi-Fi
Tap the indicator next to "Wi-Fi" to turn on the function.
Connect to a Wi-Fi network
Tap the required Wi-Fi network and key in the password for the Wi-Fi network.
Tap Join.
You can get the password from the network provider or administrator.
Return to the home screen
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
