Choose network mode
There may be different network modes available depending on where you are. The network mode influences the data speeds your mobile phone can achieve.
List view
Find "Voice & Data"
Tap Settings.
Tap Mobile Data.
Tap Mobile Data Options.
Tap Voice & Data.
Select network mode
To use 4G for both voice calls and mobile data, tap 4G, VoLTE On.
You can use 4G for voice calls via the mobile network for a faster and better connection.
To use 4G for mobile data only, tap 4G, VoLTE Off.
To turn off use of 4G, tap 3G.
Your mobile phone automatically switches between 2G and 3G depending on whether you have 3G network coverage or not.
Return to the home screen
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
Tap Settings.
Tap Mobile Data.
Tap Mobile Data Options.
Tap Voice & Data.
