1. Tap Camera.

2. If the video recorder has been selected, tap PHOTO to select the camera.

3. Point the camera lens at the back of your tablet at the required object.

4. Tap the take picture icon.

5. Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 2:

The camera isn't used correctly

Solution:

Turn on the camera

Tap Camera.

If the video recorder has been selected, tap PHOTO to select the camera.

Take a picture

Point the camera lens at the back of your tablet at the required object.

Tap the take picture icon.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
