Another Bluetooth device can't establish a connection to my tablet
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
Bluetooth is turned off on your tablet: Turn on Bluetooth.
List view
1. Find "Bluetooth"
Tap Settings.

Tap Bluetooth.

2. Turn Bluetooth on or off
Tap the indicator next to "Bluetooth" to turn the function on or off.

3. Return to the home screen
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
