Writing text on my device
Want to learn how to write text, such as notes or messages? There are various ways of writing text. Follow these easy instructions.

1. Introduction
You can select a number of settings when keying in text.

2. Find "Keyboard"
Tap Settings.
Tap General.
Tap Keyboard.
3. Turn on word suggestion
Tap the indicator next to Auto-Correction to turn on word suggestion.
When you turn on word suggestion, words are suggested on the display as you key in the first letters.
4. Add writing language
Tap Keyboards.
The selected language determines which characters are available and which language is used for word suggestion.
Tap Add New Keyboard....

6. Save settings
Tap the Home key to save the settings and return to standby mode.

The following steps require that you're writing text and that the keypad is visible.

Tap the writing language icon until the required language has been selected.
Tap the letters to key in the required word.
Words based on the letters you've keyed in are displayed.

To insert the suggested word:
Tap space.
Tap space.
To continue without inserting the suggested word:
Tap the word suggestion.
Tap the word suggestion.
9. Write numbers and symbols
Tap 123.
Tap the required numbers or the required symbols.
Tap #+= to see more symbols.
Tap ABC to return to text input.
