Using tethering on my device
Want to use your device to establish an internet connection from a laptop or desktop? It's called tethering. It's easy, but you need to set up your device for internet and activate data connections before you can use this function.

Go to www.itunes.com on your computer.

2. Connect device and computer
Start the program iTunes on your computer.
Connect the data cable to the socket at the bottom of your device and to the computer's USB port.
3. Find "Personal Hotspot"
Tap Settings.
Tap Personal Hotspot.
4. Turn on tethering
Tap the indicator next to Personal Hotspot to turn on tethering.
5. Establish connection
An internet connection from the computer via your device is automatically established.
