I can't access the internet

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 8:

Mobile data is turned off on your tablet: Turn on mobile data.

1. 1. Find "Cellular Data"

Tap Settings.
Tap Cellular Data.

2. 2. Turn mobile data on or off

Tap the indicator next to "Cellular Data" to turn the function on or off.

3. 3. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
