I can't use one of my apps

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 6:

You have a new iPad: Uninstall the app and try to install it again. Start the app and follow the instructions to key in your personal information.

1. 1. Find "App Store"

Tap App Store.

2. 2. Find app

Tap Search.
Key in the name of the required app and tap Search.

3. 3. Install app

Tap the required app.
To install a free app:
Tap FREE.
Tap INSTALL.
To buy an app:
Tap the price.
Tap BUY.
If you're asked to log on to App Store, do this.
Follow the instructions on the display to install the app.
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.

4. 4. Use app

Tap the app you've just installed.
Follow the instructions on the display to use the app.
