Your Apple ID hasn't been activated on your tablet: Activate your Apple ID on your tablet.

1. Find "iTunes & App Store"
Tap Settings.
Tap iTunes & App Store.
2. Activate Apple ID
Tap Sign In.
Tap Apple ID and key in the username for your Apple ID.
Tap Password and key in the password for your Apple ID.
Tap Sign In.
3. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
