I can't send and receive email

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 3:

The email is written incorrectly: Write an email correctly.

List view

1. 1. Find "Mail"

Tap Mail.

2. 2. Choose email account

To see a list of email accounts:
Tap the field in the top left corner of the display the necessary number of times.
Tap the required email account below Inboxes.

3. 3. Create new email

Tap the right side of the display.
Tap the new email icon.

4. 4. Enter recipient

Key in the first letters of the required contact.
Matching contacts are displayed.
Tap the required contact.
Repeat the procedure to add more recipients.

5. 5. Enter subject

Tap Subject and key in a subject.

6. 6. Write text

Tap the text input field and write the required text.

7. 7. Send the email

Tap Send.

8. 8. Exit

Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
