I can't access the internet

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 8:

Mobile data is turned off on your tablet: Turn on mobile data.

1. 1. Find "Mobile Data"

Tap Settings.
Tap Mobile Data.

2. 2. Activate or deactivate data connections

Tap the indicator next to Mobile Data.
Depending on the current setting, the function is turned on or off.

3. 3. Exit

Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
