I can't use one of my apps
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 4:
There's no internet connection: Check if you can access the internet by loading a website in the tablet browser. If you can't access the internet, you need to use the troubleshooting guide that solves your problem with accessing the internet.
List view
1. 1. Find "Safari"
Tap Safari.
2. 2. Use browser
Follow the steps below to use the browser.
3. 3. Enter web address
Tap the address bar at the top of the display.
Key in the address of the required website and tap Go.
4. 4. Add current website to your bookmarks
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Bookmark.
Edit the name of the bookmark, if required.
Edit the name of the bookmark, if required.
Tap Save.
5. 5. Go to bookmark
Tap the bookmark icon.
Tap the required bookmark.
6. 6. Add current website to your Reading List
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Add to Reading List.
7. 7. Go to Reading List
Tap the bookmark icon.
Tap the Reading List icon.
Tap All.
Tap the required website.
8. 8. Exit
Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
