I can't use one of my apps

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 3:

Your tablet is out of memory: End all active applications on your tablet and try to open the required app again.

1. 1. End active applications

Tap the Home key twice.
At the bottom of the display a list of active applications is displayed.
Tap and hold any menu item until the menu items start to jiggle.
Tap the end application icon to end the required application.

2. 2. Exit

Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
