Search in Apple iPad 3rd generation
I can't use one of my apps
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.
Uninstall the required app and try to install it again.
1. Tap App Store.
2. To search by category:Tap More.
3. Tap the required category.
4. To search by app name:Tap Search Store.
5. Key in the name of the required app and tap Search.
6. Tap the required app.
7. To download a free app:Tap FREE.
8. Tap INSTALL APP.
9. To buy an app:Tap the price.
10. Tap BUY APP.If you're asked to log on to App Store, do this.Follow the instructions on the display to download and install the app.
11. Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
12. Tap the app you've just downloaded.Follow the instructions on the display to use the app.
Possible cause 2:
The required app is damaged or deleted
Solution:
Uninstall the required app and try to install it again.
Tap More.
Tap Search Store.
Tap FREE.
Tap the price.
If you're asked to log on to App Store, do this.
Follow the instructions on the display to download and install the app.
Follow the instructions on the display to use the app.
