I can't access the internet

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 9:

Wi-Fi isn't turned on on your tablet: Turn on Wi-Fi.

1. 1. Find "Wi-Fi"

Tap Settings.
Tap Wi-Fi.

2. 2. Turn Wi-Fi on or off

Tap the indicator next to Wi-Fi to turn the function on or off.

3. 3. Exit

Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
