Another Bluetooth device can't establish a connection to my tablet

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 2:

Bluetooth isn't turned on on your tablet: Turn on Bluetooth.

1. 1. Find "Bluetooth"

Tap Settings.
Tap General.
Tap Bluetooth.

2. 2. Turn Bluetooth on or off

Tap the indicator next to Bluetooth.
Depending on the current setting, the function is turned on or off.

3. 3. Exit

Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
