I can't access the internet
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 2:
No connection to a Wi-Fi network is established: Connect to Wi-Fi network.

1. 1. Find "Wi-Fi"
Tap Settings.
Tap Wi-Fi.
2. 2. Turn on Wi-Fi
Tap the indicator next to Wi-Fi to turn on the function.
3. 3. Connect to Wi-Fi network
A list of Wi-Fi networks within range is displayed.
Tap the required Wi-Fi network.
Tap the required Wi-Fi network.
Follow the instructions on the display to select security settings, if required, and tap Join.
4. 4. Exit
Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
