I can't install apps

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 2:

The selected app isn't available in your country: Search for similar apps or wait until the required app becomes available in your country.

List view

1. Find "App Store"

Tap App Store.

2. Find app

Tap Search.
Tap the search field.
Key in the name or subject of the required app and tap enter.
Tap the required app.

3. Install app

Tap GET and follow the instructions on the screen to install the app.
If you've selected a paid app, tap the price to install the app.

4. Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
