This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.
Transfer audio files from your computer to your tablet.
1. Connect the data cable to the socket and to your computer's USB port.
2. Click iTunes.
3. Click File.
4. Click Add File to Library... to add one file at a time.
5. Click Add Folder to Library... to add a folder.
6. Go to the required file or folder in your computer's file system and follow the instructions on the screen to add a file or folder to the iTunes library.
7. Depending on your settings in iTunes, the transfer may start automatically. To manually start the transfer, click the iPad icon.
8. Click the required category and follow the instructions on the screen to select the required settings.
9. Click Apply.
10. Start a file manager on your computer.
11. Go to the required folder in your tablet's file system.
12. Highlight the required file and move or copy it to the required location.
Possible cause 2:
No audio files have been transferred to your tablet
