The internet connection is intermittent

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.


Turn off all devices connected to your modem, either wirelessly or via cable, and restart your modem. Once your modem is connected to the internet, you can turn on the connected devices again.

Possible cause 1:

A modem error has occurred

Solution:

Turn off all devices connected to your modem, either wirelessly or via cable, and restart your modem. Once your modem is connected to the internet, you can turn on the connected devices again.

Restart your modem
Tap On/Off to turn off your modem. Wait for 10 seconds.
Tap On/Off to turn on your modem. It may take several minutes for your modem to re-establish the internet connection.
