I can't turn on my tablet

This troubleshooting guide will take you though a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.

We found 10 possible causes:

  1. The battery is flat
  2. You're asked to key in your PUK
  3. Your tablet is locked to another service provider
  4. Your tablet is locked to Optus
  5. Your tablet isn't turned on correctly
  6. Your SIM is faulty
  7. The lock code is turned on
  8. An incorrect PIN is entered
  9. Your SIM is blocked
  10. Your tablet isn't assembled correctly
